It took a little longer than expected (1 day later than promised), but still within a reasonable time. Customer service did respond right away when I emailed, so that felt good.

I'm so glad I discovered Milo & Moon. They have a lovely selection of Montessori and educational toys that you don't just come across anywhere. And no cheap junk from China either.

The Montessori house is really beautiful and well finished – no complaints there. A shame though that I had to wait so long for a reply from customer service when I had a question. It was resolved in the end, but it took too long.

My little girl is absolutely in love with the talking parrot – so mission accomplished. I did find the packaging a little less sturdy than expected. Luckily the product arrived undamaged and neatly delivered. Would order again, but with one small point for improvement.

After my order I received two different emails about the delivery, which was a bit confusing. But in the end the parcel arrived neatly on time. The product is beautiful and genuinely well made. You can tell it was made with love.

I had a question about the baby bumper. Dreamwave was the name I believe, and I sent an email. Within 4 hours I already had a reply, and they really thought along with me. Very friendly and professional. In the end I'm also super happy with the product itself – great quality, beautifully finished and functional.

Such a lovely webshop! I've bought things here several times for my sister's little ones, and every time everything was perfect! Really friendly customer service and top-quality products.
