Important safety warning – Stop use immediately

The Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA) has determined that therapy or sensory swings pose a serious risk of strangulation. Research shows that children using this type of swing can become entangled with their head in the fabric, with potentially fatal consequences.

Although no incidents have been reported to Milo & Moon, we take this warning extremely seriously and are recalling the product.

What should you do?

• Immediately stop using the therapy swing
• Keep the product away from children.
• Return the product to us, after which you can choose:
• A full refund, or
• An alternative product from our webshop.
