We cover the shipping costs on orders over A$99.

• Orders under A$99: A$9.95 shipping
• Orders over A$99: Free shipping (incl. tracking)

The average delivery time is 6–10 business days, though delivery times vary by destination.
This delivery time is an indication and may occasionally differ due to logistics or customs processes.

International shipping & customs charges

Our products may be shipped (in part) directly from international suppliers. As a result, VAT/GST, import duties or customs clearance fees may be charged on delivery by customs or the courier service.

These charges:

• are not included in the purchase price

• are collected by the carrier

• are payable by the customer

By placing an order, you agree to delivery on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, as described in our Terms & Conditions.
